SheHeals is building the connected care ecosystem that women with endometriosis have been missing in India from diagnosis and surgery to fertility, pregnancy, recovery and long-term health.
Founder | Hormonal Wellness & Endometriosis Lifestyle Coach
Shomia lived with endometriosis and hydrosalpinx for years. She experienced the pain, confusion and fragmented care that women are often left to navigate alone. After a 10-year career across academia and the corporate world, she chose to turn this experience into purposeful work.
Over the last five years, Shomia has supported 1,100+ women in managing pain, improving hormonal and metabolic health, preparing for surgery, recovering safely and navigating fertility and pregnancy.
Today, she is building a connected endometriosis ecosystem that brings together medical experts, nutritionists, pelvic-health specialists, scientists and care navigators.
Through SheHeals, her aim is to help every woman understand her case, identify what matters now and move forward with a clear, personalised care pathway.
Healing with endometriosis requires more than addressing one symptom at a time. Our core team brings together pelvic-floor therapy, hormonal nutrition and microbiome science to support the body as a whole. Together, they create personalised care for pain management, digestion, hormonal health, fertility and recovery.

Her role adds scientific clarity to medication-related education while medical decisions remain with the treating doctor.
SheHeals is building a connected ecosystem of experienced, empathetic doctors who believe in a patient-first approach. We work alongside the medical system, bringing doctors and allied experts together so every woman receives coordinated support—before and after Endometriosis surgery, during medication and fertility treatment, throughout pregnancy & beyond.
The goal is simple: connected care, clearer decisions and no woman left navigating fragmented advice alone.

With a Master’s in Applied Psychology and over five years of experience, Kratika has supported young Indian women worldwide through anxiety, cultural pressures, relationship challenges and major life transitions. As someone living with endometriosis herself, she understands the emotional impact of chronic pain, fertility concerns and feeling disconnected from one’s body. Her integrative, culturally sensitive approach combines evidence-based therapy with somatic and tapping techniques. She helps women regulate their nervous systems, process guilt, build healthier boundaries and reconnect with themselves—moving from survival mode towards greater emotional safety, choice and well-being.
Medication and surgery can treat the disease, but rebuilding pelvic-floor function, strength, mobility, stamina and metabolic health requires consistent, specialised movement. Generic exercise is not appropriate for women navigating endometriosis, adenomyosis, surgery, fertility treatment or pregnancy.
Our carefully selected specialists provide personalised movement support to manage pain, prepare for and recover from surgery, strengthen the body for conception and pregnancy, and support long-term recovery.
