1. Course Enrollment & Eligibility

• Programs include yoga, nutrition, lifestyle coaching, mindfulness, and fertility guidance.
  
• The course starts when you attend any module (e.g. call, session, class).
  (e.g. call on May 1, yoga on May 10 → start is May 1)
• Enrollment is non-transferable and valid only for the named participant.
  

2. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  
• Part-payments not accepted, except in emergencies:
  
  • Initial 70% due before start
    
  • Remaining 30% due within 28 days of start
    
  • If overdue, sessions pause after 7 days

3. Extension Policy

• No extensions without valid reasons (e.g., surgery, serious health concerns).
  
• Maximum extensions:
  
  • 3‑month plan → up to 7 days
    
  • 6‑month plan → up to 14 days
    
  • 12‑month plan → up to 30 days
• In cases of accidents/injuries → extra 2–4 weeks upon review
  
• Laparoscopy requires prior intimation → up to 4–6 weeks
  
• Extensions are added at program end, not when resumed.
  (e.g. 28 days after original end date regardless of restart date)

4. Privacy & Data Use

• We collect personal and health-related information to deliver and improve services.
  
• Data is securely stored, not shared with advertisers, and handled per GDPR/CCPA standards.
  
• You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  

5. Cookies & Website Use

• We use cookies to enhance browsing and user experience.
  
• You can disable cookies via browser settings at any time.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

• Our programs are not a substitute for medical treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider.
  
• We don’t guarantee specific outcomes. Your results may vary.
  
• We are not liable for any user’s loss, injury, or damage related to participation.
  

7. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Notifications will be posted on our website.
  
• Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.

8. Children’s Privacy

• Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
