Meet the Team
Welcome to the She Heals Team! Real Women, Real Healing — guided by Empathy, Expertise & Lived Wisdom.
Shomia Biswas – Founder of Our Healing Team
Shomia Biswas – Founder, SheHeals | Hormonal Health & Nervous System Mentor
Shomia’s work in women’s health is rooted in lived experience.
Living with endometriosis and hydrosalpinx, alongside years of chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout, her journey into healing began as a personal search for stability in a body that felt constantly overwhelmed. Through yoga, functional nutrition, nervous system regulation, and deep lifestyle shifts, she slowly rebuilt her health from the inside out.
This personal recovery led her into structured training as a Yoga Alliance–certified yoga trainer and hormonal wellness mentor, alongside continued learning in functional and integrative health.
Over the last four years, Shomia has worked closely with 600+ women, building one of India’s most engaged communities focused on hormonal health, pain, sleep, and emotional regulation.
At SheHeals, she works as the founder and systems architect, designing holistic healing frameworks that integrate cortisol regulation, movement, nutrition, sleep, stress recovery, and emotional resilience.
Her strength lies in translating complex body science into simple, sustainable daily systems — helping women feel safe in their nervous systems again and supported through the real, non-linear process of healing.
